The Singapore Justice Party (SJP) is a political party in Singapore.

The party has been based mostly in Marine Parade district of Singapore since the party has taken part in general elections after 1988 by fielding its candidates only at Marine Parade Group Representation Constituency (GRC).

In 1997, it did not take part in the General Elections.

In the run-up to the 2001 general elections, responding to Chiam See Tong's call for a united front against the ruling People's Action Party, the party joined with the National Solidarity Party, the Singapore People's Party and theSingapore Malay National Organisation to form the Singapore Democratic Alliance (SDA).

First formulated on 28 April 1969, it was an alliance comprising SCP, SIC, AI and PMS and its main goal was to work towards re-merger with Malaysia. After costly election defeats in the 1972 GE and infighting, most of its members formed and shifted to JPS.

Officially JPS but submitted its name as SJP in some elections, it was set up by ex-UNF members dissatisfied with the leadership. Shortly after, it absorbed the bulk of UNF, which led to the revival of infighting and gradual weakening of the party. When erstwhile SDP MP Chiam See Tong became SPP's leader in 1997, several crossed over to SPP with the approval of those who remained behind. In 2001, it became an inaugural component of SDA along with SPP and others. However, after SPP pulled out of SDA in 2011, ex-JPS member Desmond Lim resigned from SPP and returned in order to stay within SDA.
